Summary: When the Saiyans invaded and conquered earth, Bulma Briefs expected she would become a slave when she was transported to Vegetasei. She did expect to be revered as the mortal incarnation of the moon goddess Shian nor that she would be given to the crown prince of Saiya’jin Empire as the spoils of war.
This story came to be through the rediscovery an old sailormoon plot of mine of which I realize could work rather well with Dragon Ball too, so I recycled it and thus … Indomitable was born. The story takes mostly takes place in Seijan the royal capital of the Saiya’jin Empire on Vegetasei. When Bulma is given to the crown prince and from him she’s shocked when he reveals she is the mirror image of the most important goddess of the Saiyan pantheon.
One of the plots is that Bulma often finds herself in situations where she needs to “prove” she is living incarnation of the goddess Shian. Through she is often considered to have divine powers (or rather knowledge) and is thought by most to be the mortal incarnation of the goddess of love, knowledge and the moon, Shian (is also the patroness of strategic warfare.); as such, she is often referred to as Bulma Shian or simply Shian.
Bulma also learns Saiyans believe that the man who “tames” Shian’s mortal incarnation will become her new consort and the God of war, violence, and bloodshed.
